@ Munin No, you can spray directly onto it, no real prep needed.

So, I finished my islands - which took on more of a Swamp feel after...which also works for what I want them for.

Tried a bit of scenic photography with the islands...not too bad - perfect for gaming anyway.

Those islands are looking great. The "model's eye view" shots in particular are fantastic!

Found a whole stack of 2" Insulation foam (the stuff that most diorama makers use) next to a house being built - don't worry, it was broken and I asked the builders if I could have it. I am saving most of it for an upcoming project.

I had quite a bit of small offcuts though - so decided to make a Pyramid.

Each "brick" is around 1" - so it's 8" along each side at the bottom.

Decided it needed some steps or something to break up the boring shape.

Here it is finished along with some bits of scatter that I was working on at the same time. there is also a Pool - originally started of as a Frostgrave Fountain but I repurposed it.

Close up of the Pool. Made with clear(ish) silicon sealer. I agitated it to make it look like it is bubbling or boiling.

C&Cs welcome and appreciated as usual.

Started to put together a more grander piece, mainly for taking pics and wotnot.

Started with two offcuts of insulation foam - added some sand and rocks.

Some basic colouring

Waterfall added with clear Silicon (on clear plastic first, cut to shape after it was dry)

Added some Teddy bear stuffing at the base to try and represent some spray.

Started to add some Jungle plants as before.

Made a few smaller scatter bits so I can move some of the plants around on the Waterfall for when I'm taking Pictures.

A test for an upcoming Armies on Parade competition at my FLGS...

Have any of you (@HobbyDr, @DJMothra, or @SethDrailitoc) tried to connect to the Lizardmen forum this weekend? It seems to have crashed or something.
