GENII is sold by the instance. There are no limits on the number of simultaneous users, applications built into an instance, or number of processors used to run the instance. More than one instance is recommended for larger organizations to model development, test, and production environments arranged in series. Such configurations are according to the client's preferences. Instances between organizations can also be linked using GENII Interagency Services (instances in parallel). Complete applications may be transferred between instances in drop and drag fashion, facilitating the distribution of data, data structure and value-added application format.
