The GENII Business Partner Program is designed for companies interested in reselling
GENII, as well as providing value-added services for end users to go along with
our enterprise information integration software.
The idea behind the program is combining the software, expertise, market knowledge,
and technical support of Terra Genesis, Inc. and member companies to be able to
provide GENII end users with the best package possible.
Partners benefit from being able to provide their clients with a unique, complete
and affordable integration solution. Services that Partners provide GENII end users
may consist of, but are not limited to, implementation, training, technical support,
and consulting. As a business partner, Terra Genesis will provide you the tools
needed to ensure successful and profitable GENII implementations.
GENII is the tool your clients must know about. Whether your company presently provides
tailored application development services, GIS technology, or consulting services
to clients, or raw commercially-available data in various formats, think of GENII
as a medium to provide clients a better way to clean, manage, present and maintain
data.
To assist Partners in their demonstrations, marketing, promotions, and distribution
efforts, each GENII Business Partner receives the following:
- GENII Features List − a list of GENII Features by version.
- Proposal Boiler Plate − pre-written sections common to many requests for proposals.
- Training Modules − a set of modules for the purposes of training various levels
of end users.
- Marketing materials − access to fliers and other marketing materials.
- Technical Support − for inquiries and support, a list of contacts within Terra Genesis
will be provided. Access to a secure site for business partners will be granted.
- Business Partner Directory Listing − feature your company name and logo with contact
information on a list of GENII licensed resellers on the Terra Genesis webpage.
It must be noted that Terra Genesis, Inc. and the Value-added Resellers within the
GENII Business Partner Program are independent companies and membership in this
program will not create any joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative,
or employment relationship between the parties.
